As one of the department's beloved traditions spanning over 20 years, each year Steak Fry brings students, faculty, staff, family, friends, and industry supporters together for an evening filled with great food and some good ole' Aggie camaraderie.

Get ready for an unforgettable evening! Enjoy live and silent auctions, a delicious steak dinner, and, NEW this year, dance the night away to live music from the South 77 Band. Grab your dancing boots and get ready to two-step the night away! With lead singer Nathan Fuchs ’12, a proud Poultry Science Former Student, at the mic, South 77 will bring the best of your favorite country hits to the stage.
