Annual Texas Broiler Symposium
The 2024 Texas Broiler Symposium was held at the Pitser Garrison Convention Center in Lufkin, TX on September 18th, 2024 and hosted over 150 industry representatives.

The Texas A&M AgriLife Poultry Extension Service sponsored program featured a wide array of knowledgeable experts presenting the latest developments in poultry science and production. This event provides producers, industry professionals, and government representatives an opportunity to meet, network, and stay updated on modern production practices.
The general session topics and speakers included:

Texas A&M Poultry Science students had the opportunity to tour multiple facilities while in East Texas - Pilgrim's Hatchery in Center, TX, Tyson Feed Mill in Center, TX, and the Pilgrim's Plant in Lufkin, Tx.
